This is the website for the Sunnyvale Men's Golf Club.
Although our home course is Sunnyvale Municipal Golf Course in Sunnyvale, California,
in the heart of Silicon Valley, we travel extensively playing literally dozens of
different courses throughout the year.
The Sunnyvale Men's Golf Club is for all
ages of men in the Santa Clara County area and beyond.
We play almost every Saturday at many of the great golf courses in Northern California
and even Nevada.
If you'd like more information or would like to join our club,

Want to join the SMGC? Fill out the SMGC application form for 2010 and mail it in.
The Santa Clara tournament was cancelled. Therefore, the NCGA 4-Ball Qualifier will now
be held February 20th (in lieu of the Memorial Tournament). Please make sure you sign
up for this rescheduled tournament. You will not automatically be moved over.
In addition, if you have already signed up for the Memorial and wish to play
in the NCGA 4-Ball Qualifier, please indicate
who your partner is. Otherwise, if you no longer wish to play, please remove your name from
the sign-up list.

Congratulations to Jay Kearney who aced the 155-yard 14th hole at Boulder
Ridge Golf Club with a 7-iron on December 5th. The shot bounced on the left
side of the hole and then rolled in. Nice swing there, Jay!

Congratulations to Barry Franklin, who got a hole-in-one at an SMGC club event at Pacific
Grove Golf Links on Saturday, August 29th. He aced the 10th hole. Way to start the back nine with a
bang, Barry!

Congratulations again to Nadeem Rahman, who got another hole-in-one today.
Nadeem aced the 123 yard 8th hole with an 8-iron at Santa Clara during the SMGC club event.
This is his second hole-in-one in three months! Way to go, Nadeem.

Congratulations to member Nadeem Rahman for getting a hole-in-one on the 2nd hole
at Boulder Ridge GC on November 5th. Nadeem used a #4 hybrid from 190 yards to ace
the hole named "Indian Maiden." Nice going, Nadeem!
